Return Policy

1. Right to Return

You have the right to return purchase within 10days if the painting is not of your satisfaction.

2. Return Period

The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the day on which you received it.

3. Address

To exercise the right to returl, you must inform us [Vianni Socorro1 Fine Art,  Vianni S. Lopez-Mayer,  122905 County Road C, Stratford,  WI.  54484. cel: 715-615-3300,  email:  [email protected]] of your decision to return the piece of art by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

4. The Return Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

5. Effects of return piece of art

If you return your purchased piece of art, we will refund all payments that we received from you, (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery ) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your return piece of art. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the piece of art without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
